What is a roof assessment?

A roof assessment is not the same as a roof inspection/estimate. Compare the two options here.

An Integrity Roofers roof assessment is a more thorough investigation of your entire roofing system. We meet with you on site and make sure all of your needs & and problem are answered and solved.

 

Some roof consultants and engineers charge between $500 and $2500 for a roof assessment.  Integrity Roofers charges $150 for a 3-4 hour roof assessment. (If you choose to proceed with our recommendations, 50% of the cost of the roof assessment will be refunded.)

 

Our  3  hour roof assessment process involves:

  • Interior visual ceiling inspection
  • Attic inspection, which includes:
    • Insulation calculation
    • NFA calculation for ventilation, to determine intake and exhaust requirements
    • Bathroom exhaust hook-up check  and requirements
    • Roof deck inspection
  • Topical view drawing of the roof scape
  • Design and scope of work
  • Manufacturers’ specifications to achieve the scope of work
  • Full explanation of manufacturer warranties, how they work and options available
  • Meeting in person to review documentation

(We can also conduct optional  core testing, testing for an additional fee.)
